Job Summary
Fitness Sales Manager responsible for driving Private Training and Supplements revenue, delivering excellent member service, and supervising scheduling and club administration. Handles guest tours, PT and small group sales, client scheduling, and administrative duties while ensuring adherence to club policies. Regularly reviews revenue performance with management and coordinates with coaching staff to maintain service quality. Requires 7-day availability with morning and evening shifts and mentors staff to meet monthly revenue objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design, and sales
- Must be able to operate and adjust all Fitness equipment
- Knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service focus
- Ability to follow instructions and organize tasks
- Computer proficiency in Word and Excel
- Adhere to meal and rest break periods and clock in/out
