Job Summary
Fitness Sales Manager responsible for delivering exceptional member service and driving revenue through Private Training and Supplements. Lead prospecting, tours, and sales of training packages, manage scheduling and client programs, oversee coaching staff and club operations, and ensure adherence to company policies while attaining monthly revenue objectives. Requires coordinating with clients on sessions, maintaining scheduling records, and supervising coach sales activities; must balance administrative duties with frontline selling and member engagement, with availability seven days a week including mornings and nights.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one certification from organization recognized by UFC Gym
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Four-year degree in a related field recognized by UFC Gym (preferred)
- Knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design
- Ability to operate and adjust all Fitness equipment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
