Job Summary
Lead sales for private training and supplements, driving monthly revenue goals and managing the hand-off from sales to coaching. Sell training options, conduct gym tours, and close training packages while building a robust client pipeline. Supervise coaches, ensure high-energy member sessions, handle member concerns, oversee scheduling, and ensure policy compliance. Maintain a flexible schedule to support 7-day operations.
