Job Summary
Fitness Sales Manager responsible for driving Private Training and Supplements revenue, delivering exceptional member service, managing scheduling, and ensuring adherence to club policies. Requires selling and conducting Private Training and Small Group Training, prospecting and re-signing clients, coordinating with coaching staff, achieving monthly revenue targets, and overseeing administrative duties and scheduling lifecycle. Must communicate effectively with members and staff, supervise sales activities, and support the coaching team to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals. Requires 7-day availability including mornings and evenings, and a blend of sales, customer service, and administrative duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Minimum of one certification from organization recognized by UFC Gym
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design
- Ability to operate and adjust all Fitness equipment
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
