Job Summary
Lead the growth of UFC GYM coaching programs through sales of training sessions and supplements, own monthly revenue targets for Private Training and Supplements, oversee the hand-off from sales to coaching staff, coach the coaching team, manage member service and scheduling, ensure policy/procedure compliance, and maintain a flexible schedule to support a 7-day operation. Must drive prospecting, build a client pipeline, close training packages, and foster long-term member relationships; CPR/AED certification is required, and a nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus.
