Job Summary
Lead and drive revenue growth for UFC GYM Private Training and Supplements. Sell training sessions, oversee the turnover from sales to coaching staff, prospect and build a client pipeline, supervise the coaching team to deliver high-energy sessions, manage member service and scheduling, ensure policy compliance, and maintain a flexible schedule to support a 7-day operation. Must communicate value, handle objections, and build long-term relationships with members; CPR/AED certification required with Personal Training certification a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- CPR/AED certification required
- a nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus
- Experience in sales and background in fitness/hospitality/retail management
- Ability to lead tours and remain active on the fitness floor
