Job Summary
Conduct advanced clinical training in LGBTQ+ primary care, gender-affirming care, HIV prevention, and substance use medicine across outpatient settings. Participate in structured didactic sessions, case conferences, and longitudinal scholarly projects with dedicated faculty mentorship. Develop and deliver educational programming for medical students and contribute to curriculum development within the David Geffen School of Medicine. Engage in quality improvement initiatives and research focused on sexual and gender minority populations. Complete a one-year non-ACGME program starting July 1, 2027, with an annual salary of $125,000 and full healthcare benefits.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited (or equivalent) residency by June 30, 2027, in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine Pediatrics specialties
- Eligibility for California medical licensure
- Demonstrated commitment to LGBTQ+ health equity and culturally responsive patient care
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Interest in leadership, education, scholarship, and quality improvement
