Job Summary
Conduct advanced clinical training in LGBTQ+ primary care, gender-affirming care, HIV management, and substance use medicine within outpatient settings. Participate in structured didactic sessions, case conferences, and longitudinal scholarly projects with dedicated faculty mentorship. Develop and deliver educational programming for medical students and contribute to curriculum development within the David Geffen School of Medicine. Engage in research, quality improvement, and advocacy to advance health equity for sexual and gender minority populations.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited (or equivalent) residency by June 30, 2027, in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine Pediatrics specialties
- Eligibility for California medical licensure
- Demonstrated commitment to LGBTQ+ health equity and culturally responsive patient care
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Interest in leadership, education, scholarship, and quality improvement
