Job Summary

Conduct advanced clinical training in LGBTQ+ primary care, gender-affirming care, HIV management, and substance use medicine within outpatient settings. Participate in structured didactic sessions, case conferences, and longitudinal scholarly projects with dedicated faculty mentorship. Engage in research, quality improvement initiatives, and curriculum development for medical students and residents. Deliver educational programming and contribute to program development while receiving individualized mentorship tailored to career goals. Train alongside nationally recognized faculty to advance clinical care, education, research, and advocacy for sexual and gender minority populations.

Required Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited (or equivalent) residency by June 30, 2027, in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine Pediatrics specialties
  • Eligibility for California medical licensure
  • Demonstrated commitment to LGBTQ+ health equity and culturally responsive patient care
  • Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
  • Interest in leadership, education, scholarship, and quality improvement
