Job Summary
Conduct advanced clinical training in LGBTQ+ primary care, gender-affirming care, HIV management, and substance use medicine across outpatient settings. Deliver educational programming for medical students and residents while contributing to curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives. Engage in longitudinal scholarly projects with dedicated faculty mentorship and participate in structured didactic sessions and case conferences. Complete a one-year comprehensive training experience from July 1, 2027, to June 30, 2028, within UCLA Health's premier LGBTQ+ healthcare ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited (or equivalent) residency by June 30, 2027, in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine Pediatrics specialties
- Eligibility for California medical licensure
- Demonstrated commitment to LGBTQ+ health equity and culturally responsive patient care
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Interest in leadership, education, scholarship, and quality improvement
