Job Summary
UCaaS Implementation Specialist responsible for designing and implementing standard UCaaS solutions using Gamma Cloud Platforms (MS Teams Operator Connect, Direct Routing, Horizon, Cisco Webex). Deploy projects around Gamma UCaaS portfolio including Enterprise Voice features, Call Queues, Auto Attendants, and User Migration with Teams Training. Includes review of customer solutions for best-practice compliance and hands-on training/shadowing on complex Microsoft Teams solutions to develop deployment/implementation capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Good technical understanding of Teams
- Understanding of Gamma Horizon (beneficial)
- Understanding of Cisco Webex (beneficial)
- Exposure to SBCs such as AudioCodes or Ribbon
- Hands-on IT support experience (back-end and client facing)
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure and on-prem Active Directories (beneficial)
- Windows Server (beneficial)
- DNS (beneficial)
- Certificates (beneficial)
- Networking (beneficial)
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills across stakeholder levels
- Teams certification exams and AudioCodes certification (beneficial)
