Job Summary
Design, implement, and maintain an integrated DTMF and VoIP network as part of the NC3 business segment's cross-functional team. Manage enterprise telephony platform configuration, including T1/E1 ISDN PRI and CAS circuits, while administering Cisco Unified Communications Manager for dial plan setup, device provisioning, and troubleshooting. Lead the software development process using C or C++ programming to solve technical challenges and champion process improvements. Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous innovation within research-oriented work supporting national security missions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field
- 5+ years of job-related experience
- Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience
- U.S. citizenship

- Agile experience
- Hands-on experience with enterprise telephony platform configuration and administration
- Use of T1/E1 ISDN PRI and CAS circuits
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) administration, dial plan configuration, device provisioning, and troubleshooting
