Job Summary
Coach and model exceptional customer service while managing daily operations on the sales floor. Oversee team members across departments, assign workloads, and ensure proper merchandising and loss prevention compliance. Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalate problems as needed, and assist with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid. Act as the Manager-on-Duty at satellite locations or in the absence of upper management. Perform routine housekeeping tasks including dusting, mopping, and trash removal. Full-time positions require availability for at least 30 hours weekly year-round.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age to be considered for employment.
- Basic reading, writing and accounting skills required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills needed.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a retail setting preferred.
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Outstanding customer service skills to match customers to products that meet their needs.
