Job Summary

Lead role overseeing sales-driven customer service and repair operations. Motivate technicians, ensure adherence to the Connected Home product and the Serve, Solve, and Sell approach, train and develop the Tech team, act as the point of contact for dispatched technicians, implement new processes, and participate in leadership meetings. Responsibilities include learning and applying the Connected Home product, consulting with customers to identify issues or explain repair procedures, repairing devices (cracked glass, pre- and post-repair testing), applying sales experience to promote the Connected Home product, and driving store performance in line with operational leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Essential experience with device repair (computers, laptops, tablets, phones, hardware, software; LCD replacement)
  • Ability to frequently lift and move items weighing more than 50 pounds
