UBE Operator - Line 2 - 3rd Shift - $27.22 per hour

Check production schedules and operate automated bakery equipment including mixers, dividers, rounders, and slicers. Scale ingredients, load and unload machinery, and perform start-up, shut-down, and preventative maintenance. Conduct quality control inspections of finished products and verify product quantities against pan and wrap count sheets. Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure compliance with all safety and company policies. Rotate job assignments as a scaler, divider, wrapper, or palletizer as directed by supervision.
