Job Summary
Assembles basic aircraft components and sub-assemblies under supervision, following released work instructions. Performs drilling, fastening, and hardware installation; installs basic brackets, panels, and structural components. Follows torque, sealant, and bonding procedures. Conducts visual self-inspection of completed work and maintains FOD, safety, and quality standards. Documents production work and supports senior assemblers as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0–1 years of aircraft or mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to follow written work instructions and drawings
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
