Job Summary
The Test Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and governing testing activities with a strong emphasis on User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This role involves developing and maintaining UAT plans, coordinating schedules and environments, facilitating defect management, and reporting progress to stakeholders. A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of testing frameworks, experience in managing testing activities in complex programs, and strong communication skills to support business-led testing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of structured testing and UAT coordination activities
- Demonstrated experience supporting business led testing within complex programmes
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and track testing activities across multiple workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with defect management and structured triage processes
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across business, delivery, and QA teams
- Familiarity with integrated programme planning, reporting, and governance practices
