UAT Analyst

Job Summary
Review user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for clarity, then develop and execute UAT test cases, scripts, and data sets. Coordinate UAT cycles with business users and development teams while tracking, triaging, and verifying issues through resolution. Maintain accurate UAT documentation and sign-off reports, providing clear defect reports with reproducible steps and impact analysis. Communicate UAT progress, risks, and readiness to stakeholders, and recommend enhancements to testing processes and environments. Collaborate with QA and development to strengthen validation coverage and participate in retrospectives to improve test design and feedback loops. This onsite role in Phoenix, AZ, ensures financial applications perform flawlessly before production releases.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of UAT, software QA, or business systems testing experience
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar test-tracking tools
- Ability to create detailed, reproducible test documentation
- Experience validating financial, data-driven, or workflow-heavy applications preferred
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with both business stakeholders and developers
- This is a primarily onsite position
- Core collaboration hours are 10 AM–3 PM
