UAS Operations Support Specialist

Job Summary
Support aircraft launch and recovery activities, perform operational readiness inspections and checklists, manage batteries and charging equipment, assist with aircraft staging and field logistics, support safety procedures and site operations, maintain operational records, and monitor airspace/observe as required. Requires experience in drone operations/aviation/logistics or technical environments; strong attention to detail and safety; ability to follow standardized procedures. FAA Part 107 certification is a plus but not required. Phoenix, AZ-based contract/full-time role focused on ground operations, readiness, and coordination of commercial UAS operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in drone operations, aviation, logistics, field operations, or technical environments
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to follow standardized procedures
- Experience supporting commercial UAS operations is preferred
