Job Summary
Operate drones as part of commercial delivery and autonomous system development; serve as RPIC and maintenance repairman to ensure safe, compliant flight operations; perform pre-/post-flight inspections, battery management, and aircraft configuration; conduct field servicing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on aircraft and ground systems; provide ground and vehicle support including transportation, staging, setup, and recovery; document delivery zones and operational areas; support FAA-regulated flight operations and maintain maintenance tickets/logs; assist with aircraft logistics between sites; work outdoors with varied weather and schedules; promote continuous operational improvement through cross-functional collaboration. You hold a Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, Drone Repair Certificate, and have substantial commercial flight experience; you understand FAA regulations, provide aircraft servicing and troubleshooting, and maintain thorough documentation; you can create and follow procedures and contribute to SOPs; you collaborate with pilots, maintenance teams, and leadership to support safe operations.
Required Qualifications
- Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
- Drone Repair Certificate
- Significant commercial flight experience
- Understanding of FAA regulations and airspace
- Experience performing aircraft servicing, inspections, troubleshooting
- Ability to create and manage tickets/logs/documentation
- Ability to operate in varied outdoor environments and schedules
- Collaborative with pilots, maintenance teams, and leadership
- Procedural mindset with experience contributing to SOPs or manuals
