UAS Flight Operator

Job Summary
Operate and monitor autonomous drone delivery flights in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures; maintain accurate operational, safety and maintenance records; conduct routine inspections of aircraft, batteries, ground equipment and operational infrastructure; monitor weather conditions, airspace activity, and aircraft performance; identify, assess and respond to real-time operational issues; collaborate with Flight Operators, Supervisors, and Engineering teams; participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives; uphold high safety, professionalism, and regulatory compliance standards. This role is based at Manna's US headquarters in Tulsa and involves hands-on piloting and operational support to scale the company's first US drone-delivery operations, with opportunities for career growth and comprehensive training.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 18
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background screening
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently
- Comfortable working with technology and software-based systems
- Ability to maintain concentration during extended periods
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required
