Job Summary

The role may operate solo or as part of a pair, supports meeting client timelines, travels up to 100% for on-site duties, and requires adherence to safety regulations. It emphasizes learning technical information under general supervision, applying routine procedures to solve common challenges, and contributing to asset management for utility clients.
Required Qualifications
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in basic office applications and data entry; willingness to learn mapping collection software
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, communicate effectively one-on-one and in groups
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to carry out detailed instructions and resolve problems with multiple variables
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record; must attend and pass Davey Driver’s Safety Course
- Preferred: Prior electric utility or communications industry experience
- Preferred: Prior outdoor work experience
- Preferred: Electric hazard identification, electrical equipment identification, or communications equipment identification capability
