UAM Everfox Tool Engineer

Job Summary
UAM Everfox Tool Engineer to support the UAM software across the enterprise, including updates, deployments, and sustainment activities. Responsibilities include maintenance to ensure full functionality, identifying coverage gaps, supporting ITP analysts with configurations and data feeds, maintaining accurate system documentation, and supporting customer-directed training with a certification program for personnel development. Requires leadership experience, strong written/verbal communication, experience with EverFox or similar UAM products, and an active Top Secret clearance. This is a full-time federal-focused IT role with rotational telework possibilities and an onsite work location in Springfield, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 12 or more years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 10 or more years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining technical documentation, analyses, and reports
- Experience preparing and presenting briefings to senior customer management and other customer stakeholders
- Experience with EverFox or similar User Activity Monitoring products and platforms
- Active Top Secret government clearance
