Job Summary
Oversee the Info desk and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner; manage Returns & Exchange desk operations, handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly transaction reports. Ensure the safety of children in Smaland, explain admission policies, address customer needs promptly, and escalate as needed to the Duty Manager. Book IKEA services (Home Delivery, Assembly, Measurement) and monitor out-of-stock items. Demonstrate proactive, team-based problem-solving and strong communication across diverse customer demographics, contributing to customer satisfaction and store performance.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar customer service role
- Proactivity and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and preferably Arabic
