Job Summary
Collect observed urine samples in the lab, document results, and maintain updated patient files in the electronic health record system. Coordinate patient appointments, admit new patients, and register them into the clinic system while taking and recording vital signs. Answer phone calls, direct patients to appropriate services, and relay information between patients and medical providers. Assist with facility maintenance, cleaning, and ensuring the clinic environment remains safe and welcoming. Demonstrate competency in verbal de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques while maintaining a calm demeanor during stressful situations. Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and other safety protocols to ensure patient confidentiality and a secure work environment. Work flexible part-time shifts including weekends and cover staff on PTO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment
- 3-6 hour shifts (4-7pm Monday thru Friday and 1:30 - 7pm on Saturday or Sunday)
- Open one weekend day from 12-5pm
- Coverage for staff members on PTO (day shift hours 8:30am - 4:00pm)
- COVID-19 vaccination

- Previous Experience in a medical clinic or addiction treatment setting
