Job Summary
Stock Coordinator at Northrop Grumman responsible for performing and correlating inventory control functions to establish economical controls and ensure material availability to support production schedules. Key duties include analyzing material masters and inventory status, developing economical inventory plans, determining materials to stock, issuing and processing purchase requisitions, reconciling discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts, generating reports, and supporting Senior Material Handlers and other teams in material-related activities. Requires SAP/ERP proficiency, cycle count experience, and US Citizenship.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- Minimum of 3 years' work experience in production inventory control or equivalent experience directly related to the functions and responsibilities outlined in this position.
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience using the SAP environment or equivalent ERP software.
- Experience performing cycle count inventory.
- Experience and proficiency in units of measure, performing basic conversions for lengths, weights & volume.
- US Citizenship is required.
