Read screen print tickets for quantity, size, and color, then inspect garments for defects and stop production if quality issues arise. Unload garments from the conveyor, apply heat seal labels, and verify cure quality by checking every twelfth shirt. Fold shirts into bundles, place them in carts or crates, and ensure all misprints are replaced before screens are taken down. Complete information on inspection sheets and obtain supervisor signatures for downtime. Assist team members in tear-down, set-up, and work area clean-up. This role requires good math skills, legible handwriting, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting up to 40 pounds.
