Job Summary
Treasury Services Product Associate in JPMorgan Private Bank responsible for managing a diverse caseload of research, regulatory and product requests; act as a strategic partner to product managers and cross-functional teams; build and maintain relationships with Deposit Sales, Front Office, and Service; proactively identify problems, investigate root causes, and propose process improvements; manage issue tracking and escalations for Treasury Services and high-touch clients; provide timely project status updates and work independently and collaboratively to maximize productivity; adhere to policies and procedures for client requests and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience with Treasury Services products
- Excellent communicator who distills complex situations for any audience
- Data-driven; creates metrics and reporting
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player who builds partnerships and shares knowledge
