Job Summary
Senior Client Service Associate in the U.S. Private Bank at JPMorgan serves as the primary point of contact for all service-related needs of a Private Banking client, collaborating with advisors, product partners and operations to deliver a seamless, integrated client experience. Responsibilities include providing exceptional service and flawless execution on requests and transactions (money movement, security transfers, loan transactions, escalated research), adhering to controls and FINRA regulations, supporting client-facing teams, and identifying opportunities to engage clients in additional products and services.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 license
- FINRA Series 63 license
- proven ability to operate in a matrix organization and work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook
- 3 years Client Service experience
