Job Summary
Program Banker Analyst in the U.S. Private Bank working with bankers, global investment specialists, capital advisors, and trust/estate experts to bring in new clients and service existing clients. Responsibilities include devising customized financial strategies, preparing pitch books and meeting materials, analyzing balance sheets to tailor investment recommendations, becoming proficient with proprietary models, conducting research and contributing to product development and prospecting efforts, and handling client inquiries and follow-up communications. The role offers progression toward an Associate position at the end of the two-year Analyst Program, with promotional opportunities based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum overall GPA of 3.2
- No more than two years of work experience following completion of undergraduate program
- Demonstrated aptitude for sales and client relationship management
