Job Summary
Private Banker in the U.S. Private Bank advises families on building, preserving and managing wealth, using knowledge of investments, financial planning, credit and banking to advise clients on balance sheets and generate new client assets. You’ll manage and maintain client relationships, acquire assets from existing clients and new prospects, advise on overall balance sheets, asset allocation and wealth planning, partner with internal specialists for interdisciplinary expertise, connect clients across lines of business, and ensure solutions meet short- to long-term goals while adhering to risk and control policies.
Required Qualifications
- Six plus years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required for position; unlicensed candidates considered, but required to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
- Proven sales success and strong business acumen
- Strong community presence with an established network
- Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit and banking concepts
- Focuses on the client experience and works tirelessly on the client’s behalf
