Job Summary
Private Banker for U.S. Private Bank (Managing Director) responsible for advising families on building and preserving wealth, leveraging investments, wealth planning, credit and banking to advise clients and acquire new assets. Drive holistic balance-sheet solutions, partner with internal specialists, connect clients across lines of business, and ensure risk/compliance adherence while delivering an exceptional client experience. Requires fifteen+ years in private banking/financial services, Bachelor’s degree, and Series 7/66 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days); preferred advanced credentials (MBA/JD/CFA/CFP). Location: Boston, MA; full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Fifteen plus years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Series 7, 66 licenses required for position; unlicensed candidates considered, but required to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
- Proven sales success and strong business acumen
- Strong community presence with an established network
- Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit and banking concepts
- Focuses on the client experience and works tirelessly on the client’s behalf
