Job Summary
Develop customized financial strategies for existing and prospective clients by analyzing balance sheets and understanding investment objectives. Prepare pitch books and meeting materials while conducting research and analysis to assist with product development and prospecting efforts. Collaborate with integrated team members to produce tailored recommendations that consider appropriate risk/return objectives. Manage client inquiries and follow-up communication to build relationships. This two-year Analyst Program offers exposure to credit and lending, multi-asset class investments, wealth advisory, and estate planning. Promotional opportunities exist for top performers to advance to Associate level.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum overall GPA of 3.2
- No more than two years of work experience following completion of undergraduate program
- Demonstrated aptitude for sales and client relationship management
