Job Summary
As a Private Banker in J.P. Morgan’s U.S. Private Bank, you advise families on building, preserving and managing their wealth using knowledge of investments, financial planning, credit and banking to advise clients on their balance sheet and generate new assets. You will manage and maintain client relationships, earn trust, understand client needs, provide targeted advice, and deliver an exceptional client experience while partnering with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise and connecting clients across lines of business. You will pursue holistic, goals-based planning to ensure solutions meet clients’ short-, medium-, and long-term objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Three plus years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required; unlicensed candidates considered but must obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
- Proven sales success and strong business acumen
- Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit and banking concepts
- Focuses on the client experience and works tirelessly on the client’s behalf
