Job Summary
Lead Market Team in J.P. Morgan Private Bank to advise high-net-worth families on wealth, investments, and balance sheet; manage and grow your own book while developing and retaining a local Client Advisor team; partner with leadership to execute the local market strategy including hiring/training; provide interdisciplinary guidance with internal specialists and ensure holistic, goals-based planning that aligns with risk and regulatory requirements; drive client acquisition, asset growth, and exceptional client experience through targeted advice, relationship management, and team coaching.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- FINRA Series 7, 66, 9, 10 and Insurance licenses required
- Experience in Private Banking or Financial Services
- Leadership experience
- Proven sales success and strong business acumen
- MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred
