Job Summary
Develop and implement investment plans by understanding client goals and objectives. Advise clients on holistic asset allocation, portfolio construction, and tactical shifts across the full spectrum of Wealth Management open architecture platforms. Execute investment solutions in client accounts, including Investment Management, Mutual Funds, Structured Products, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Foreign Exchange. Conduct investment reviews to validate current objectives and prepare recommendations. Perform sales management by coordinating RFPs, pitches, road shows, and proposals while interacting with clients to address their specific issues and motivations. This role sits within J.P. Morgan's U.S. Private Bank, leveraging the firm's global resources to provide customized solutions for endowments, foundations, and not-for-profits. Candidates must hold Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses or obtain them within 90 days of start date.
Required Qualifications
- Seven plus years of experience in Wealth Management or Investment Management
- Series 7 license
- Series 66 license
- Insurance license
- Strong knowledge of asset classes (fixed income, equities, and alternatives)
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to interact effectively with various internal product partners, banking teams, risk and compliance, marketing, etc.
- Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to develop junior staff
- Ability to learn and effectively leverage J.P. Morgan's platform, solutions, and investment philosophy
