Job Summary
Head of U.S. Private Bank Client Service leads a 500-person client-service organization across Delaware, Chicago, Houston, and Scottsdale to deliver a consistent, high-touch experience for high-net-worth families. Partners with local leadership to modernize service through technology, data-driven management, and process improvements while strengthening risk controls, regulatory adherence, and talent strategy. Responsible for day-to-day execution, operating rhythms, escalation of issues, performance culture, and cross-functional change initiatives including AI-powered workflow redesign and technology-enabled transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience (10+ years) managing large complex service functions in financial services or equivalent
- Senior leadership experience at Managing Director or Executive Director level or external equivalent
- Strong leadership, change management, and communication skills
- FINRA Series 7, Series 63 and Series 24 licenses required
- Deep understanding of private banking products and services and how they apply to market/regional segments
- Ability to manage risk, controls, regulatory adherence, and quality across multiple locations
- Experience with data-driven management, metrics, and reporting
- Ability to lead talent strategy, succession planning, development, and performance culture
- Experience with technology modernization, AI-powered workflows, and cross-functional projects
- Strong relationship-building with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- Project management, governance, and ability to navigate dynamic data ecosystems
- Knowledge of regulatory environments impacting private banking and wealth management
