Job Summary

Provide expert guidance on executive compensation and benefits for C-suite executives within J.P. Morgan Private Advisory. Design, benchmark, and implement equity-based and deferred compensation programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and align compensation with business objectives. Equip Private Bank advisors with knowledge, tools, and frameworks to conduct effective compensation conversations; contribute to strategy and growth of the executive compensation practice; collaborate with legal, tax, HR, and investment specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions; develop thought leadership pieces, client communications, and educational content; conduct research on emerging trends and regulatory developments; travel 20-30% to serve clients and teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of work experience in executive compensation and benefits
  • deep knowledge of executive compensation structures, equity and incentive plans, deferred compensation, and related regulatory frameworks
  • strong research and written/verbal communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as a team player
  • willingness to travel 20-30%
  • experience with private company compensation structures preferred
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
