Job Summary
Client Service Associate within the U.S. Private Bank at JP Morgan. Responsible for fostering and growing client relationships, serving as the primary contact for service-related needs, and delivering premier client service. Executes client requests and transactions (money movement, security transfers, loan transactions), collaborates with advisors, product partners, and operations to ensure a seamless private banking experience, adheres to firm controls and FINRA regulations, identifies opportunities to engage clients with additional products and services, and works in a dynamic team-focused environment. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a college degree or equivalent client service experience; licenses (Series 7/63) required within 90 days of start date.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required for the position; unlicensed candidates considered, but required to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
