Job Summary
U.S. Private Bank Client Center Associate supporting the New York Client Center. Responsible for managing the Client Center reservation books, overseeing daily meetings and events, implementing and following client-center protocols (including meet-and-greet, security, catering setup, client management), liaising with catering partners and back-of-house staff, conducting weekly BEO meetings, surveying client experience and proposing improvements, assisting in project analysis and opening of new satellite Client Centers, and handling administrative tasks such as invoicing, scheduling maintenance with vendors, and ordering supplies. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in hospitality, event management, marketing/PR, non-profit, or facilities management; strong time management and written/verbal communication; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; and ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
