Job Summary
Program Banker Analyst in J.P. Morgan's U.S. Private Bank supports an integrated team to devise customized financial strategies for existing and prospective clients. Responsibilities include preparing pitch books and meeting materials, analyzing balance sheets to align investment objectives with risk/return objectives, leveraging proprietary models to tailor solutions, conducting research and assisting with product development and prospecting efforts, managing client inquiries and materials, and progressing toward an Associate role after completing the two-year analyst program. The role emphasizes collaboration with bankers, global investment specialists, capital advisors, and trust/estate experts to bring in and serve clients, with promotional opportunities based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum overall GPA of 3.2
- No more than two years of work experience following completion of undergraduate program
- Demonstrated aptitude for sales and client relationship management
