U.S Payroll Operations Analyst

Job Summary
Own end-to-end US payroll processing including high-volume multi-state and union payrolls; perform payroll audits, timecard data entry and adjustments using OTA/Workday Time Tracking/Workday Payroll; ensure regulatory compliance across states and with expatriate payroll; calculate and apply union collective bargaining agreements and benefits; handle special pay like relocation/severance/leave; resolve payroll taxes, imputed income, and benefit deductions; support internal/external audits and month-end close; generate journal entries in SAP; collaborate with cross-functional partners and participate in system testing and process improvements; require proficiency with Excel (vlookups/index/match/pivot) and experience with SAP/Ariba workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in payroll operations
- Experience with Workday HR/payroll or other SaaS payroll tools (SAP or PeopleSoft) with payroll integration and mass data loads (EIB) preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English
