Job Summary
Establish work standards, schedules, resources, and performance expectations while leading contractor personnel and building effective teams. Monitor performance, costs, budgets, deliverables, and resource utilization to manage resources, budgets, staff, client relationships, and strategic objectives. Coordinate with client sponsors across all program activities, integrate complex projects, and respond effectively to BPA requirements. Allocate funds and resources to achieve strategic project objectives, prepare BPA call responses, and required project deliverables. Apply business process improvements to enhance program performance. This role supports the U.S. Forest Service Program Management Support contract, working remotely during regular business hours with occasional field activities.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to complete background investigations and Personal Identity Verification (PIV)
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience
- Master's degree and 4 years of experience
