Job Summary
U.S. Benefits Knowledge Integration Manager - Vice President within Global Benefits leads alignment of benefits content across channels, distills complex plan documents into employee-friendly information, ensures accuracy across employee communications and vendor materials, collaborates with HR Communications and Employee Experience teams, and drives usability improvements to reduce inquiries. The role requires bridging benefits expertise with Communications/Content, maintaining a centralized repository of benefit details, and representing the Benefits team in cross-functional planning, with a focus on senior-level leadership and strategic impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate benefits or benefits consulting
- Deep experience in global health, welfare, and retirement programs
- Ability to organize vast amounts of program data into a structured format and strong program management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work as a peer to Communications and Content professionals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Exceptional attention to detail, specifically regarding version control and the accuracy of technical data across multiple digital surfaces
