Job Summary
Oversee prescription drug benefits operations, vendor management, and program design; measure program success; conduct research on opportunities to improve member experience, access to programs/care and financial transparency; manage procurement projects and vendor implementations; partner with Benefits Delivery, Customer Service, Wellness, HR technology, IT security, Legal, Sourcing, Product, and Employee Experience; requires Bachelor’s degree and 10 years benefits experience; strong project management, analytical, and communication skills; in-person role based in Jersey City or Chicago.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10 years work experience in corporate benefits, employer benefits consulting, or health plan/PBM
- Comprehensive understanding of prescription drug benefits, prescription drug pricing, prescription drug supply chain, and the market
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, project manager, meet deadlines, and manage multiple deliverables
- Experience working in a strategic, analytical and metric driven environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- MS Office Powerpoint and Excel proficiency
