Job Summary
Senior VP role within JPMorgan Chase U.S. Benefits Design and Strategy focused on evaluating, launching, measuring, and scaling healthcare initiatives and innovations for 180,000+ U.S. employees. Responsibilities include defining and tracking metrics for benefits performance; researching and evaluating new benefits offerings; owning day-to-day operations of healthcare initiatives and vendor partnerships; managing cross-functional deliverables; monitoring healthcare trends and innovating with vendors; partnering with Benefits teams to engage employees; and collaborating with analytics, delivery, finance, HR tech, legal, and sourcing. Requires deep healthcare marketplace knowledge, 10+ years of relevant experience, and a builder’s mindset to translate insights into action. Bachelor’s degree required; strong leadership and communication skills necessary for senior stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications

- 10+ years in corporate benefits, benefits consulting, or health plan/health insurance field
- Experience in strategic, analytical, or metric-driven roles
- Ability to lead and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple deliverables
