Job Summary

Manage pre-litigation employment disputes, demand letters, administrative charges, and government inquiries across U.S. and international jurisdictions. Partner with the litigation team and outside counsel on strategy, risk assessment, and resolution while advising on global employment matters, compliance, and policy localization. Support HR initiatives, M&A, and cross-border investigations by tracking regulatory developments and translating them into actionable guidance. Report to the Senior Director of Employment Law at NVIDIA's Santa Clara headquarters, requiring onsite presence three days per week.

Required Qualifications

  • Active California State Bar membership in good standing
  • JD with strong academic credentials
  • 10+ years of employment law experience in-house and/or at a nationally recognized firm
  • Track record managing complex cross-border employment matters for multinational employers, including works council processes and information-and-consultation obligations across jurisdictions
  • Strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills with excellent legal and business judgment
  • Self-directed and collaborative, able to juggle competing priorities across functions and geographies in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a self-starter with demonstrated ability to take own initiative
  • Ability to strategically lead potentially contentious interactions
  • Must work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, as well- as- independently
  • Must be available for onsite 3 days a week
  • Must be located at corporate Headquarters in Santa Clara, CA
