Job Summary
Manage the fleet to deliver clean and well-maintained equipment, perform profit/loss analyses, and track itemized inventory. Hire and mentor new team members, manage the personnel budget, and ensure customers receive the highest quality of care. Keep track of fuel receipts, petty cash, and premises security while participating in ongoing U-Haul education. Requires 1-3 years of management experience in retail or service industries with financial results accountability, computer expertise, and a valid driver's license. Starting salary is $55,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of management experience in retail or another service industry with responsibility for financial results and customer satisfaction
- Computer expertise
- Organizational expertise
- Management proficiency in high-volume retail with profit and loss (P&L) accountability
- Valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift 50 lbs assisted or unassisted
