Job Summary
Operate a flatbed truck and forklift to load and unload storage containers, transporting them to and from customer homes and businesses on local routes. Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University while maintaining a clean motor vehicle driving record and Department of Transportation certification. Requires a Commercial driver's license (CDL) and high school diploma or equivalent. Moderate physical exertion is necessary, including moving items up to 50 lbs unassisted.
Required Qualifications
- Clean motor vehicle driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Department of Transportation certification
- Commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs assisted or unassisted
- Must be able to operate a flatbed truck
- Must be able to operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift
- Must not use nicotine products
