Job Summary
Coordinate daily Fry Line operations by communicating Supervisor instructions to team members and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and notify the Supervisor of maintenance needs. Step into any line role as needed to support operations and provide coverage for team member breaks. Maintain a safe work environment while observing all Tyson policies and procedures. Perform other duties as tasked by administration.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to understand labels
- Must be able to read recipes
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Minimum of 1 years department LEAD experience in a Poultry Processing Facility or related industry
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Must be safe and observe all of Tyson's policies and procedures
